Why do people from marketing always think they know best

Im the designer but anyone could tell you light grey on gold is awful and unreadable

Can you not pull some kind of equality card on them because that could be difficult to read for people with poor eyesight (or anyone, actually!)

Yeah i can accesibilty wise its a big no no. I think its corporate bullhiting because initially my designs were approved no qualms xx

Do you not have fixed design standards you have to stick too?

We have set guidelines and not supposed to deviate from them.

Its a brand new project. So no guidelines yet. Thats the bit they were meant to do but instead they have decided to make me use something old and flip the colour set.

Just annoying when it had been approved months ago.

On a side note. I once worked with a woman who actually got down on the floor and kicked and screamed in front of the office....she was quite senior
