Good morning all, ive been up since 5.30 am as i am on a course in Havant today, so not looking forward to a 3 hour drive

I am not actually doing the driving as there are 3 of us going, got to jump on a bus at 6.45 am to meet them. The course is time management, so i hope its good, well the lunch anyway as thats the main reason for going

time management in theory is great but in practice does not work.

I told they and they agreed but only when given a taste of my occupation lol x

The 2 staff that came with me, are maintenance surveyors and they dont feel it would work either but the assertiveness techniques might help the one. Was okay in the end loads of ideas and notes, might help me too, stop me saying yes when really i dont have the time

Time management is waste of time in my line of work, as by the time things get pass to my department, it is already too frigging late!
