do I'm working on my fitness and six pack,concerned about my nutrition......should I eat the box of Fererro's or after eights....or both.will this aid my six pack

personally i would chuck the ferrero away or give them to a neighbour, then scoff the after 8's..

only 22 minutes and you can get stuck in..
