Guess it depends on if they are both clueless to the other's existence?

If it's with all parties concerned blessings then fine.

If it's done behind other's back's and is likely to end in tears then most definitely not.

That's my personal feeling anyway.

You can't help it when Cupids arrow strikes and who with! I think it is perfectly possible for that to happen, but ultimately in most cases a choice needs to be made either way otherwise it all starts to get a little messy!

No I didn't say that ....It means basically if you are seeing 2 people ..The second one you supposingly fall in love with ..should be the one you be with ..because you wouldn't have fallen in love with somebody else if you genuinely loved the first !!! Nothing to do with first loves .

Also, and I apologise if this is a little blunt but do you really want to waste your time loving a man who was cheating with his partner's best friend, who when he left her for you decided you were second best and went back and now continues cheating on her with you? Do you really see a happy ending on the horizon?

I don't think you can be in "in love" with two people but can love two people affectionlly....there's more to love than just that sparkle in your eye.... You can love someone as it's the life you've shared for so many years & it's a way of life & truly want to spend time with them...being in "in love" is different ....its makes you feel different....gives you a different feeling all together....well that's what I think any how

Affair!!, this is very good one, not everyone can do that and succeed I think, u need to have that skill and discreetly apply it . It's like saying steal but don't be caught . For me a good and successful affair is that which u still fulfill ur previous relationship duties and u both are happy but u do cos maybe u are abit more greedy than the other , a situation which can't be understood by the other partner

People are what they not because the want but because that's how they are , nothing bad about being greedy cos that's the way u are , what is good and what is bad about what we do? If u are not hurting anyone or causing any pain to anyone why should u be guilty when u can't help urself?

One is love the other more likely list with affection/attachment. Both emotions just on different layers. Desire is a strong pull and while you maybe in love with someone it is rational to see that sometimes something is missing. ENTER desire/lust one of the few basic desires that have not changed in centuries

I was with someone for a very long time, and found out that the whole time she had been in love with someone else, it made me feel that I was nothing, that that part of my life was wasted, the worst part was that I only found out about it while she was in a tearful d*unken state, after news came that he had passed away from a drugs overdose, we both knew that if they had been together, he wouldn't have been taking drugs, so all three of us lost something, though I feel I got off lightly by comparison, its sad how love can destroy people,

I don't know any two people who can define love in exactly the same way, there's nothing specific to quantify as its all emotions and everyone handles how they feel differently.

What the OP (or their partner) feels may well be love for both of them, who's to say as only they know how they truly feel.
