"Assuming they are cooked to perfection and you had a choice which roast would you choose.. Chicken Lamb Beef Pork Turkey Gammon Other... Lamb for me. Whole shoulder with little holes poked in for cloves of garlic and fresh rosemary. About 6/7 hours in the oven till the meat just drops off the bone. " I do a really good slow roast leg of lamb marinated in mint and rosemary, browned off then cooked in a redcurrant and red wine gravy | |||
