So today after an 18 year break I returned to Karate.

Madness or not I am determined to get back in shape, It's also encouraged my son to drag himself away from the Xbox

So what have you changed this year?

I'm finally being a proper grown up and doing what's best rather than what I want to do. I'm doing it with terrible grace though so my childishness lives on!!!

I haven't changed much yet apart form saving more but I plan to move back to england and take up mixed martial arts and just exercise more. And focus more on my breathing (like a Zen type thing lol)
