In Law basic tenet is 'Innocent until proven guilty'

In what circumstance is one 'Guilty until proven innocent?'

English defamation law?

"English defamation law puts the burden of proving the truth of allegedly defamatory statements on the defendant, rather than the plaintiff, and has been considered an impediment to free speech in much of the developed world."

Not really the same as guilty though.

When I look in the mirror I'm guilty of creating a reflection that I'm sure will meet the approval of 100's of guys hunting for a super sexy drop dead gorgeous irresistibly alluring CD hottie,,,,,,

Then I blink,,,,

In employment law in a claim for discrimination, the onus is on the respondent to prove the claim false rather than the claimant to prove its true.

Sort of if you work in public sector,

If you get accused of anything vaguely serious you're suspended pending investigation which leads others to presume guilt and use phrases like no smoke without fire etc

Still only presumed guilt. Not quite the same as being guilty.

I think it's probably in a case of being accused of rape. The life after...even when proven false...In the minds of everyone you are guilty. Is this it?

LONDON (se)

When someone is accused of rape they are always seen as guilty and seem to have to prove they are innocent as apposed to the other way around.

Being on trial in France!

Or trial by press

Or being accused of being a pedophile

I'll give the answer if it reaches 100.

Unless someone gets it of course.

Or boredom sets in.
