81 days of rain on the trot.

I'll never complain about the weather up in Scotland again.

West Wales and Cardiff

I grew up not far from there. It's a lovely part of the world.

Can't believe I saw it as title if a thread though - very obscure, tiny (but lovely) village. Plenty of people living within 30mins of it won't have heard of it or gone there.

Love hearing people trying to pronounce it too

You almost spelt it right too!

I'm not mocking - it's a compliment. I had to look at it about five times and I can speak Welsh

Ha ha - no it's a village.

You should visit - lovely landscapes, beaches, hills etc.

It's easy mum:

Egg-Loose-Oooo-Rooo.

Bendegedig! And it's bit dire there to be honest but great if you want to revisit the 1960s

Oh bloody hell. I'm trying to remember what the Welsh for pedantic is. Pedanticio?

You are technically right though.

Dire? It all happens up in the hills. Just got to find the right people

We used to live not far from there in the Gwaun Valley.

It's one of the best places we have lived, probably because it's so far from motorways.

Yeah it's great. Different world though, but you need places like that when there are Starbucks everywhere. I had my first meet there.
