I bought some, now I have no idea what to do with it. It's cold pressed, extra virgin.

Hints and tips appreciated.

P.S. the first person who suggests using it with the giant dildo gets a "look"

Pop a teaspoon of it in your mouth and pull it through your teeth for 5 minutes (natural whitener).

Use it as a overnight leave in mask for your hair (makes it super glossy).

Or use it with your giant dildo

Glare!

I will try both those things but I might leave it in my hair all day I don't want to stain my pillows. Thanks

Yeah daytime's always a good idea, I tend to wrap my head in cling film when I'm doing an overnight mask

Does it impart the flavour of coconut to the food? That's what's stopped me so far.

Not really.

Main advantage of using it is caus eits saturated fat unlike normal oils it works better at high heat so its less likley to burn

There's poor research results from trying it as a teeth whitener, so I wouldn't bother - it has nothing within it that could penetrate the teeth and bleach them.

I use it on my hair as a leave in conditioner and it does prevent frizz. I also moisturise with it in the summer, especially before applying fake tan, rubbed well into elbows, knees and hands prevents the tan collecting there. I'm going to try it on my teeth though.

I always buy mine from Holland & Barratt and it's 9.99 for a large jar.

Well it's good for sensitive teeth. When I stop pulling (rinsing) my teeth with coconut oil, those dreadfully sharp pains when I eat hot/cold foods come back....
