Anyone else have OCD? What are your experiences?

I was diagnosed with severe OCD back in 2010. I mainly had a germ phobia at the time and a fear of cancer. I'd go through various obsessions and compulsions which included wearing face masks and spraying down surfaces.

I'm pretty ok now, but can still feel the dread when I come into contact with someone with a cold

I have to take daily pills to control mine and have been through CBT.
