Massage required. I've tried gentle massages but think I need the full on deal to really get rid of those knots.

If you ever watch systema stick 'massages' on youpube that's exactly what I need!

Sorry to drone on but the dull tension is annoying me now.

I go every 4 weeks for a 55 min back neck and shoulder massage.

It's surprising how knotted up you get.

First session i could hardly walk the next day!

Have you thought about a chiropractor?

I need to go get a massage. I'm finding my muscles ache and my body gets tight after the gym sessions. Even though I have rest days, the pain still lingers.

I'm so glad I trained in massage, it's been a big help for others. Though I'm sometimes critical of crap service. I'm only small but powerful. I've had some lovely hands on me from fab - there's talent here.

I can honestly say it's something everyone should do regularly of possible. The hardest bit is finding someone with a good reputation who isn't going to rip you off. The benefits of regular massage are fantastic.

I pay £18 for 55 mins, some places charge up to £60 for an hour. I do get it slightly cheaper for booking so often.

I don't charge - financially - it's not my job. Though agree to shop around. My worst was some disinterested bint in a hotel who used congealed olay on me. Awful and not cheap!
