Following on from the hotlist vacancy thread I began wondering how we can possibly begin applications if we don't know if the position isn't already ours, so in the interests of transparency and full disclosure I think we should reveal who is on our hotlists...

I'm culling mine soon. Over the year I appear to have put some random strange ones on that I now think 'WTF'! It's a bit like Fakebook now, I get status updates of people I don't know or want to meet ...

So anyway .. No! I'm not revealing here

Glad to hear! I do make contact with people on my list, usually if the opportunity arises. Some people are too far away or simply aren't interested. Others have graduated
