Good suggestions for some heavy metal music I can play to drown out the noise coming from next door. Their son needs his head read. He is Squawking like a bloody parrot at the minute and I need to sleep. I might use it as an early wake up call

Kamelot. Poetry for the poisoned album is one of the 'darkest' they have done. Also look for 'one cold winters night' 'ghost opera' and 'March of mephisto'

He is mental. Always punching walls and then having to call an ambulance out. I would rather not I'm waiting to have an operation. But feel free to go knock on the door

Not normally one to suggest this but have you called 101 and reported as antisocial behaviour? It's being inconsiderate to neighbours who have work at an unreasonable time.

Yes a few times. Even reported him when he was flipping out at his kid. Police go round and he fakes a fit so goes off in a ambulance

Sounds like a delightful man to live next to! Surely if you have reported him before they should follow up on the matter? If anything to save them getting more calls out to him.

I had neighbours who would argue at the worst times of day so feel your pain. Hope you manage to get some sleep soon. May I suggest a very strong tea/coffee to help wake up tomorrow.

It's a lad. Got someone pregnant underage but he has the kid. His parents have gone away so he thinks he can do what he likes. I should hopefully get some sleep now his mates have gone.

If you really want to make some noise....

I've got a drum kit with some of the loudest cymbals on the market or a couple of subwoofers that play at over 140 decibels.

I'm a really considerate neighbour despite what you may be thinking!

Try Amon Amarth.

I just drop the weights bar on the floor when downstairs are being too loud. I think I might have given them heartattacks last time. Music went down instantly and I've not heard a peep since

our nigbour downstairs was playing loud music the other day so we just slammed a heavy weights bar off the floor, shook the floor like, hell of a noise. that shut him up.
