It's been one of those days, and there's a bottle of red wine on the rack, and a tub of Ben and Jerry's in the freezer calling me

I need you fabbers to lend me your support and help me deny these urges

If you do, tell yourself you can have those things but if you want (insert goal) that you can't have them today. And go and do something else relaxing/enjoyable instead.
