Weather "control" is only possible in small cases, like cloud seeding, for example. Large scale weather control is not, I believe, possible at this point in time.

Where did you read about it and who are the "they" who are controlling the weather, apparently?

Cloud seeding, a form of weather modification, is the attempt to change the amount or type of precipitation that falls from clouds, by dispersing substances into the air that serve as cloud condensation or ice nuclei, which alter the microphysical processes within the cloud. The usual intent is to increase precipitation (rain or snow), but hail and fog suppression are also widely practiced in airports.

The Chinese did it for their Olympics. The Soviets were a big fan too.

Yes, there's a control system run by NATO.

A guy pushes a button for rain, a button for clouds, etc. There's one for tornado too but that button is broken at the minute.

There's a sun one too but it's hardly used because the button is faulty.

Actually yes; some thunder ( well lightning) is clouds "banging together"; at least difference in potential between clouds, though usually it's difference in potential between ground and atmosphere.

Actually yes; some thunder ( well lightning) is clouds "banging together"; at least difference in potential between clouds, though usually it's difference in potential between ground and atmosphere."

Thunder is air banging together after the lightning splits the air and creates a relative vacuum. The air rushes back in and bangs against other air masses and rattles around for a bit. A meteorologist would be better at explaining it.

You are absolutely correct, we are indeed making more clouds!.

Although no conspiracy is needed, just the 1000 tonnes of c02 per second that we spew into the atmosphere.

The warmer the air, the more moisture it holds!.

Voilà no need for YouTube conspiracies, just plain old science!
