Nope..not the singer, the brewer in tadcaster west Yorkshire owns land that the council want to put a footbridge to reconnect the town and Humphrey Smith the brewers owner has refused permission.

Cheers Humphrey for taking a philanthropic stand..

I never liked his beer I like them even less now.

if land is sat so long without the look of there being any development im pretty certain the decision can be taken away from the owner ?
