little house on the praire

I took some mince out the freezer to have for dinner and now cant decide what to do with it. Dont fancy chilli or rissoles or spagetti bolognese or shepards pie

I'd say meatloaf too. Theres a great Jamie Oliver one with a chickpea and tomato sauce. Yummy.

right, im going to go with home made chilli burgers and make a spicy salsa to go with them. That will fit in well with my diet.

If you like curry, try a Keema....

onion,garlic, ginger,a decent dollop of pataks, mince & frozen peas...

fry the onion garlic ginger add pataks & mince... then chuck in the peas...

make it as mild or as hot as you want... add rice. yummy
