How does everyone like theirs?

I like mine lovely and gooie with not too much butter in and extra golden syrup

Now this is almost a trolling thread for those of us *trying* (with various levels of success) to be good in the new year! But yeah, soft gooey and slightly warm from the oven please!

Or packaged up and sent down with Thai green curry ..

I love them really soft, so it almost just melts in the mouth. Probably from having way too much golden syrup in it!

Flapjack is very good as a pre workout energy food, slow release carbs that keep you going, especially in cycling and running,
