Clearly i dont know her but she is in a house full of celebs at the moment trying to raise her public profile

I understand she was married to David for 10 years and they had a son together.

Also from reports they havent spoken in decades and when David was awarded custordy of their son it also left bad feeling.

Even with the bad feeling between them it must be hard surely to be in such a public situation to hear of the sad news of death of a person you had wonderful memories with.

If you were in Angies situation do you think you would want to be informed?

Yeah course, he's the father to her kids. Even if they didn't speak anymore her children have still lost a father and she would want to be there to support her children.

From what i read their son doesn't have any involvement with Angie either which is sad..

Always think its strange when a kid doesn't want contact with their mother, that and the fact she kept the Bowie surname even though they separated years ago, makes me think that something was up.

Reckon big brother people will tell her, surely they've got to?

We've just had this conversation at work too! They all fell out many years ago but grief does funny things to people.

I hope they do tell her in a sensitive way & give her options ie with regards contacting her son or leaving the house

If I was any celebrity on CBB I'd state in my contract that I'd want to know if anyone I knew had ties with had fallen ill or died.

Stepping back a little. Craig Charles left I'm a Celeb, due to the passing of his brother.

I think that it would be incumbent of any producing to inform a participant of any family matters

id like to consier myself lucky that even in the bad i can still see the sun through the rain.

10 years was a long time to be with someone.

I hope if anything this sad news might revive the relationship between her and her son

I don't think they'd be able to keep it from her. Whilst you know what you read in the papers etc. the chances are that there's more to their relationship and the relationship with her son than we're aware of.

I think the most respectful thing to do is for her to leave.

They had one kid together.

Where David moved on with his life away from her, Angie is still hanging onto the Bowie name.

I know several people who couldn't of cared less for finding their bio-parents.

And though in most cases they are in (loose) contact now, they spend all their time, Christmas, birthdays etc, with their adopted families.

ye shed wanna know . Any decent human being would and would want to support there children of any age . Loosing a parent is one of the biggest deals life can throw at us

Could be many reasons why someone wouldn't want contact with their parents. I've been lucky my parents are both lovely but I've known plenty of people not want contact with theirs and all for good reasons.

Mothers can be batches just like fathers can be ducks. The fact that they gave birth to someone doesn't mean they are a good parent or a nice person etc

As for her keeping the name....I'm guessing his fame had something to do with that and nothing else otherwise she'd just be angle from down the road. What has she done to get her in the CBB house? I've never even heard of her before reading this thread.

I always find it strange and somewhat shortsighted that people luckily enough to have great relationships with their families fail to be able to understand that some of us have shit parents, their is nothing strange about wanting distance from some people regardless of relationship

Strange about her not the kid. I meant that she must've done something or something must have happened for the kid not to want to know her.

She has not seen David for years and there son she don't even see ..... He would see his dad maybe now things will change and she will be part of his life as its his mum after all . I hope she tell us of the good times they had together in the BB house . She has his name still so she must of loved him .
