This is the British version on C5 right now.

Didn't it originally start out as gimmick spot on Jimmy Kimmel or something? How the hell did it gain this much traction?

only seen the adverts, but it appears to be a televised version of singing into the hairbrush while dancing round the bedroom. except it's paid celebrities instead of teenagers.
