Feeling a bit shit about how I look atm. Does anyone else feel the same?

Thinking of going for the full hog as in new hair style, waxing, adding some tan. Anything else u can think of???

Also what wld make u feel better about yourself & make ur ptnr go wow??

Hair extensions and eyelash extensions. Quality ones from a hairdresser because they make a real difference when compared to fake hair. It's amazing how the little things make a difference

I've put a bit of beef on lately, I went back to fat camp a few weeks ago, only lost 2 stone so far but I always feel better when I loose weight

Ye I get my nails (acrylics) done..3d lashes waxing,hair etc all done.

Now its just routine..

When I'm feeling like shit I change my diet, go walking, go down to the beach n just take in the view.

Go on a shopping spree

Have a girls night..pamper night..

Run a bath light the candles n relax..

I suppose it depends exactly what you wrote unhappy with and if you just feel in the need if a quick feel good boost.

Personally I don't find the usual girly stuff a pick me up, but a spa day and the chance to just chill and be pampered should lift some clouds.

Or book yourself in for a make over and photo session. I had one a few years ago when I was larger and I was feeling overweight and unattractive... The session and photos were great and made me feel better about myself.

Hope you find something to make you feel happier.

I get my nails done every two weeks and my hair I do myself weekly, as it's pretty high maintenance. I treat myself to nice clothes that flatter my figure and hide the not so good parts. Oh and it's always worth investing in good quality makeup

I feel like this about once a month op. Some new sexy lingerie or heels usually help. Also i like to play around with makeup and try to go to the gym twice a week. Xx
