Please if you have a minute could you read my profile text.

I try to be concise about the type of person/people I am looking for. Yet 99% of my mails are from people that are not for me.

I thought it maybe because people don't read profiles. But I'm beginning to think maybe my profile is confusing

I tend to have a quick skim to see they haven't read it and then block or delete.

I'd say it was concise and to the point but as has been said, some don't bother reading profiles, which is why you get so many messages, makes it harder for the guys who do fit your profile to be noticed. That's life on Fab. lol

It's a very clear profile although as some men are chancers and think you'll make an exception - make it really, really clear by setting out your criteria in bullet points and if they don't meet them then they will be blocked if they message.

No perfectly clear I got as far as over 6' and stopped as that is where you lost me but up until that point all was good. As I am 5'6" and can't help my height I can see we would not meet so I would say good luck in your quest

I think I get more messages now then I ever did when I had proper text on my profile, which suggests to me the majority look at the pics & skim read.

We ignore most of our messages due to the fact they are clearly not what we are looking for and if they read profile they would know that and that's couples not males as they can't message us anyway.

All I can see from your text is that your preference is a single man, over 6ft, spells correctly and isn't a sub. Do you really have that many message that are married, under 6ft, can't spell and are a sub? I get a mixture of messages, I rarely check height, only a few can't spell and only a few have been a sub. As for whether they're married or not, well only some are honest about that.

Huge amounts of messages yes. I'm sat on 180 today if 10 are from single tall dominant intelligent men I'd be very surprised

Not from what I have read no, I do think it is very precise and to the point of the type you want but that is your prerogative.

I do think a lot of people do not read a profile and just go on pictures and location

People dont read profiles they stop by look at the pictures depending on what you showing I think they message acordingly. The words really make no difference . If they dont appeal just delete and dont worry about it.
