Do you drink the same brand always or do you just buy what's on offer at the time?

What's your preferred brand of tea?

I tried some liquorice tea which was a bit odd.

Quite bitter and then a really sweet after taste.

I rarely drink tea, although I get through stacks of tea bags as I have a bit of a kombucha habit. When I do drink tea it is less about the brand and more about the blend as I tend to go for a ceylon normally or occasionally lady grey.

Still looking for a favourite.... Besides I work surrounded by cafés so tend to drink what's on offer.

One has this loose leaf that's delightful, also a lemon green tea that's great in the heat.

I drink any ordinary tea as they all taste the same to me. If i buy it then i get shops own brand however hubby prefers one certain brand name but i can't remember what it is.

I can't stand fruit teas or anything other than ordinary tea.

PG in a mug, skimmed milk, no sugar.

Until a few months ago used to be semi skimmed milk and sugar. First few weeks after the change it tasted disgusting but now it's 'normal' - had a semi skimmed with sugar the other day and it was like someone had poured double cream into the cup - it's amazing how quickly your palate adjusts!

Mmm just having my first cup of Tetley Extra Strong this morning. Kept the bag in as I like it very strong.

On occasion I will do green tea or assam tea - with nothing else added.

I was, quite literally, weaned on tea. It was the first substance I had after milk.

Not a tea drinker but when I'm feeling a bit off colour I always like a cup of hot tea. Very strong with just a wee drop of milk. I think Thompson Irish Breakfast is the best (they had it on the Titanic you know ) or Nambarrie.

Err as far as I can tell all tea, at least commercially, is from outside Yorkshire. The only UK grower I have ever found is in Cornwall.

" Do you drink the same brand always or do you just buy what's on offer at the time?

Our main tea is whichever is on offer out of PG tips or Yorkshire, but I also buy proper loose-leaf Assam from India on eBay, and we have loads of fruit teas from Whittards. (On a fast-day I drink so much tea )

Mrs ddc likes Earl Grey with lemon.
