cue judgements on the grossness of biting your fingernails!

but yeah, ouch. broke a nail once when i tried to stop biting them.. never again!

Try a Vitamin D tablet, 1000IU or thereabouts.

Winters lack of sunshine can cause lower Vitamin D levels and as a result can lead to brittle nails.
