I'm a 36F and I find sports bras useless if I can find one at all.

Do any of you gorgeous girls have any tips to hold them in when doing hiit etc x

Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

I am 38L and there is no chance of fitting into and getting sufficient support in a sports bra so I use a tight and very supportive granny bra to hold everything in place while I bounce around.....it's not pretty but does the job

I was a 42 EE and found the sports bra from primark in the largest size worked , just took a bit of getting out off once hot and sweaty ... Your lack of back fat should give you the extra cup size

Good luck

Thanks girls. I have back fat but not a great deal as that's where it seems to be coming off.

I did consider wearing 2 bras

Primark?! I thought they only went up to a 38D?! My little sister bought a sports top thing from primark... Size 12 or something... It wasn't a size 12 because I was a size 20 at the time and I managed to get it on haha!

Sorry OP, I'm not much help. I don't do much that involved bouncing boobies unless it's sex in which case I don't want a bra on anyway

Could your look at using tape to hold them in place? Dancers use this technique to reduce movement.

Would offer my hands as support but probably not practical in the gym. Be a lot of fun though

I'm a 30gg and go for two sports bras and still they bounce, but less painfully than with just the one. I also plan my workout to alternate between jiggly exercises and non-jiggly to give The Twins a break.

Probably not very helpful but let them run free as nature intended it gives us guys something to concentrate on while we are exercising too lol

I'm also 36F and I quite often wear a heavy duty sports bra under one of those sports vests which claim to have a built in bra then a normal top over the top. I'm not sure there's anything that can be done to stop the jiggle completely but this reduces it to an acceptable level for me!

A friend wears a normal bra, then a sports bra on top and this seems to help her. I'm 38DD and I hate jiggling when at the gym

all my training tops have built in bra's so why not try wearing a sports bra if you can find one that is a good fit then the type of training top with the built in support.

I find them good so maybe this would work?

Go girl and enjoy your workouts

I've done this too means I end up boiling though so sometimes just have to go with the bounce.

I have a couple of 36F sports bra from M&S. They are very good at controlling any movement and great support

Today I've got 2 bras on so will see if this works then may invest in a vest bra thing for over the top.

I just feel I could go much faster if I wasn't knocking myself out lol x

Most dancers have nice small boobs (lucky devils)

We'd need something more heavy duty like gaff tape!

North of Derby

I'm a 38/40 GG and use the shock absorbor range, their highest impact level

On top wear a vest top with the hidden support, and there's little to no bounce

When I used to do circuit training or running, I sadly had to wear 2 sports bra's one on top of the other. At 38f it was the only way

The Royce sports bra is the best I've used. I'm a 32G and I used to run 8 miles a day and used the gym on work days, so I needed strong support.

They do in the sized ones but they also do the bolder holders ones without fasteners in a xl , you just put it on like a vest but has great support and stops you getting black eyes whilst running lol

Titz Towers, North Notts

I'm lucky in that I've not stepped into a gym in anger since 1998. However, I don't envy anyone busty who has. Training is hard enough work as it is, without feeling uncomfortable at the same time.

I suggest you time your stride so that as boob is on downward trajectory you are just landing so that all parts are travelling in same direction. Should go some way to curing the problem. Hope this helps.

Chams or Socials

I start back at the gym tonight. I'll be wearing a good fitting but unattractive bra, a tight fitting sports vest with an in-built crop top & a t-shirt over the top to hide my belly.

Not perfect but a hell of a lot better than just a bra.

Herts

I used to wear a sports bra, a normal bra and a tight vest top.

Used to make me hot as fuck but it kept the bouncing under control so that the twins didn't hurt much and the extra layers = more hot and sweaty = dropped weight quicker.
