Age gaps in meets...

Just curious on people's thoughts on this...

When I first joined Fab, my initial concept was not to meet people who could legally be my parent - 16+ years older than me, so at the time around 41 - but then I did meet someone a bit older than that and we really got on and the age gap was nothing. Now my only real rule, if someone's really interesting and I've sought them out myself, is if they're below my mother's age & if we get on well.

So, if you have a specific age range, is that set in stone or are you happy to give a little slack where someone's age is concerned?

I met someone recently (not off fab) who was 27 years my junior...we are still good mates and occasional bed partners....age is but a number, attraction is what matters..

We talked bout this earlier 25 is definitely a low maybe actually 30, higher limit is different some profiles of 40 year olds make them look 60 yet some in 50's look like 40 year olds

Cause I had a pretty weird job and basically missed the twenties larger, larger, larger phase....

Sunset the age of 23 have only ever been out with women over 30.

Last year I was in Canada and me the fittest 49yo New Yorker...

That's how i look at it. It just happens that the majority of people I've met have been between 30 and 55.....this may have more to do with demographics though as I'm guessing there would be less younger and older people

My upper age limit is flexible but I rarely have sex with someone older than me. Lower age limit I wouldn't go lower than 20.

Our age range on here isn't fixed but are unlikely to be attracted to those younger than our children or older than our parents. Our range is in this limit with a bit of room to spare

That said, at a club we've never asked ages.

If we click age is not an issue, though we find that we have more in commn with people in their 30s and 40s.

I really struggle with early 20s as several of my kids are that age .... I also do not like going over 50 for upper limit.

I don't really have an age range as such to be honest. All depends if our messages flow and we click. Could be just me, but many younger than me haven't really ticked my boxes. Have had a few bad experiences with that age range that kind of makes me a bit reluctant.

Generally, I do prefer those older than me who look to meet without any stereotypes or prejudice. Those easy to converse with and have a laugh. Seem to get along better and am more relaxed.

I have my age limits there so I don't get bombarded with messages.

None of them are set in stone and will often have people say that I met people out of them, when going through my veris. Yes they're right, but that's because I either met them in a club or got on with them, or spoke with a lot on chat and saw their face pics etc and like them.

But if someone within my age range looked a lot older and I didn't like them, I won't meet. It works both ways really.
