I had half a hoi sin duck wrap in the car earlier. I'm calling it brunch so I can eat again in an hour. I haven't looked to see what's in the fridge but I know there's pickled red cabbage

I am having a cheese sandwich and some lettuce.....it's yummy for my tummy - just need some of Tina's Jaffa cakes to finish it off

No I make a basic one with fat free cottage cheese and eggs and chuck whatever I've got in it. Ham and mushroom today. Not sure it really deserves the title of quiche - it's a glorified omelette - but it's tasty and filling
