I've had a dry cough for almost 6 weeks. Tried different cough medicines etc. Went doctors 2 weeks ago and said it'll go on its own but my mum is nagging me to go back as it's "not normal" gah.

A cough over 6 weeks should always be checked out... In the mean time try manuka honey and hot lemon... And have a bowl of water in rooms near any radiators x

I'm tired.... got school run work pick up from child minder tea bedtimes clean house paper work from work. And miserable weather don't help. And no meets with master today so overall a normal crap working do best bit I do like is reading to the boys at night precious time you can't get back.

Day 6? Well done you! Keep going. Think how good it will be to beat the habit whilst we dirty smokers are trapped in the habit. If you're struggling read Allen Carrs book. I heard great things about it's success.

Thank you .. I gave up before Xmas but then got the flu and a chest infection straight after.. And my doctor advised me to keep smoking!!!... So back on it with the help of champix and and inhaler (an actual medical salbutamol inhaler)..i feel sick and ratty and hungry.. A bit like PMS without the tender breasts

Just been to see a man about cleaning his house (I'm self employed )and was going fine till. ..He told me as I clean it must be because I'm unable to do a proper job like normal people ..I didn't respond just walked out .
