Durham Tees

OK so Christmas is over. Your cards, decorations and tree are probably all down by now or may be getting done tonight by the late starters. All the Christmas food should be gone bar whatever is left in the sweetie tin and maybe a few mince pies, or you might have stuck the excess in the freezer. And considering the aggressive retail saturation we have had since September it is a bloody good thing.

BUT this is just to give you special dispensation to put your Christmas music on one last time. So get out your favourite yuletide sounds, whether it is Carols, The Nutcracker, Bing Crosby or the modern stuff. Go on! Play it one last time, think of any nice things that happened and remember not to leave it until next Christmas to contact friends or family.

Have a good year everyone.

6th January is Epiphany the official 12th day of Christmas and therefore the last day of proceedings so everyone that's taken there's down already is early to do so

I remember my mum telling us that all decs had to be down by end of play today or else it was unlucky and they'd have to stay up all year.

Essex.

According to the show QI, Christmas doesn't end until the beginning of February...

I imagine that are talking about the original winterfest not the new fangled Christian one...
