lost voice

okay.... so i haven't been good for a few days and throat has been sore.... last night i offically lost my voice, today i am squeeking like a squeeky thing (not manly or husky at all.....)

so... anyone have any good remedies...

p.s no getting out the bunting!!!!!

No caffeine. Its very harsh on your throat. I lost my voice last year and was advised to stop the energy drinks and coffee to get better

actually have never been a caffine person so no coffees or energy drinks....

just as well i live on my own so now i just scream at the TV......

You can also add garlic too.

Olbas oil in a bowl of boiling water next to you may also help just open up your airways a bit..
