A lot of people don't even know they have an STD because they don't have symptoms, you can't get checked in between every fuck you have so it's likely sometimes they will get passed on.

Not really fair to name and shame people for the above either, am sure they're devastated to have an STD.

We only discussed that we should go for regular checks really but the guy did say to tell him if i catch something, i think i'd trust him not to be a dick about it as well, just some guys you don't know if they're married and would get angry if you told them or not or just be dicks about it in general. And i know using condoms isn't 100% safe either so even using them you might still have to know the above info and what to do if you catch something.

You need to trust him (and him you ) enough to definitely not have sex at least 3 weeks before you both get tested and then gowever long it takes to get results (ranges feom 6 hours to 7 days depending on the clinic).

Remember things like chlamydia can render women sterile

Aorry meant to say depending on how many partners you have every 3 months works quite well for testing.

You just need to inform everyone youve met after the last test if you do test positive.

My personal opinion is that Women would probably get an STD treated (and suspend play until it's completely eradicated) but most men diagnosed with an STD would just carry on as normal.

My ex boyfriend gave me an std. He caught it from a previous partner and when given the treatment and told not to have sex he did with me and guess what didn't tell me he had it either or wasn't allowed to have sex..it was only when the clinic rang him and confirmed the test came back positive he owned up to me which meant a trip to the gym clinic for us both.
