Has anyone got Sonos wireless speakers set up in their home?

What are they like etc?

Yes - I have a Play 3 and when funds allow will get a couple more for various spots about the house. Great bits of kit and fab for streaming internet radio about the house!

My stepdad has just got one - my cousin works for Sonos so recommended!!! My stepdad loves it & plans to add to his collection - I'm not remotely jealous

I have a Panasonic cinema surround system, each speaker in the living room gives out 200 watts And there's 5, don't think I need speakers in any other room in the house, it can be heard down the road when on number 11

Songs is brilliant you plug it in anywhere, even outside for parties...especially if you have Deezer etc...saving up to add the sound bar...

Can't fault it. I have all my music on an external hard drive and can then access from iPhone to play.

I've got play 3 but will be getting a play 1 for other rooms

Yes. Speakers in living room, office and bedroom. Not cheap but as long as your wi-fi is reliable, bloody good. Would not be without them.

We have the sound bar, bass and 2 play 1's in the living room and play 1's in the bedroom, dining room and kitchen.. Cost a fortune but the best purchase we have made. Would not be without it now. Add Spotify and its damn near perfection!!!

Can anyone answer me this?

I've seen DVD players with valves in them now....do these make a big difference?

I've got a drum machine which runs off valves.

I've also toyed around with wiring up a spare 3000 watt subwoofer I've got lying around to the Tv
