It's been a bloody nightmare! I'm still full of cold, agreed to cover someone else at work so had to go in, apparently it was national stupid day today as most of the customers didn't have a brain cell between them

It started badly and got steadily worse....... Was only to be expected when the IT dept were let loose over the Xmas break......

All will be fine they said, it will all work seamlessly they said, it will be lots better they said.........

Oohhh yes... First service of the year, split the lemon.curd, (but saved) chocolate fondants needed an extra 2 mins, but the swiss meringue was lush
