You can only fab a photo once... Unless you unfab if and fab it again.

Not sure if that would get counted twice or not.

The Fab count is how many people have fabbed it.

I did once see one fella with a blurry cock pic with 130-odd fabs.

Must have taken him all day to create all those email addresses and profiles.
