Does anyone use it? I find it really bad laggy and not much to watch on it?

Chrome is the best browser by far. Internet explorer is rubbish and firefox is memory hungry.

Runs like a dream on mine. Adblock extension removes web page adverts and zenmate extension unblocks all blocked sutes

Firefox is really pissing me off at the moment. Keeps freezing and crashing and going really slow

You choose your own content with ChromeCast. You could've saved £15 and got the NowTV app and broadcast to your ChromeCast.

The Apple TV works as a mirroring device for all the other Apple products you have in your home and can also run the likes of Netflix and others with out any bother.

If it's acting slow run the Firefox uninstalled tool and then redownload it cause your could have contracted a virus on it

I got Amazon firetv stick and it easy to put kodi on it so you can watch free movies and live tv

i fear it wont be as i am not an apple groupie. My chromecast does that i need it to do. i can mirror all the devices i need to on it and watch content from the net and now tv apps etc

If you don't have other Apple stuff (like iTunes or iPhone), then the AppleTV isn't worth it. It's too pricey.

I disagree. I have a firebox running Kodi and find the majority of streamed stuff to be pixilated, jerky and poor quality. I prefer to download from a torrent site put the movie on a memory stick and just plug that into the tv to watch. Dvd quality, no lag, no pixilation.

Chromecast- I found streaming films is laggy, but you tube off my phone is ok. Not over impressed. Back to hdmi cable

Ive tried it wireless and hardwired both were the same. I can stream stuff perfectly on my tv and on my phone/tablet when connected to my wifi but through kodi its crap..

Are you trying to upscale to 4k through Kodi?

Also, are you using h264 or h265 encoded files?

Google for 'Amazon firebox kodi stuttering playback' and read the article on trendblog.

There's a section on editing the advancedsettings.xml to prevent stuttering at 1080p.

I may as well live on Mars..I haven't got a clue,it's a language I don't understand.. it scrambles my brain.

Now it's time to hand my phone to a friend and say...I want to watch TV on my phone...5 minutes later he says,just tap on this and away you go.....fuck I've got all the chanelS what's on Sky...sky chanels,sky sports,BT sports,sky movies plus loads more... if I wasn't so happy I'd be screaming
