Green and smooth

Great Wyrley

Been doing the green smoothie thing (green smoothie challenge Sergei boutenco youtube) for over a month or so now. Definitely feel the benefit.

Today tried something different. Tried a recipe using grapefruit, celery, kale, cucumber, pineapple and added a bit of pear in for good measure.

I expected it to be bleurrrr but it actually tasted pretty good!

Does anyone else do green smoothies?

Strong grapefruit aftertaste but even my daughter liked it! Lol

a girl at work been doing the kale smoothie thing for a few months - shes lost some weight- but weight wasnt the main issue - she just feels better for it

That sounds a nice one Op!

Mine is kale or spinach leaves, banana, a little fresh ginger, half an avocado and squeeze of lemon. Very healthy!
