If you had been on the receiving end of my inbox today you'd realise very quickly why people don't make an effort to chat when they know they're not interested in meeting someone.

Your profile, with it's comments about playing "if I like you" and "lucky you" is quite arrogant and assumes it's all about you - and your comments here back that up. So if that, for example, isn't attractive, why should they spend time chatting.

I imagine they'd be timewasters then for leading you down the garden path with no intention of meeting.

Do you read profiles to make sure YOU are what they are looking for? Sometimes that can be the ONLY reason they delete...that you just don't fit their preferences (age, location, race etc)

Well yes definatly, i never asked to meet them, just to get to know them, but if they cant make an effort to even chat, then i dont want them anyway.

Perhaps they just didnt want to know you? Everyone has that right do they not, and i believe you have said that men out number women on here, so moaning on the forums is not the best way to win anyones attention, well only for the wrong reason
