Feet represent to me an insight into a woman's sense of hygiene and class or style. French tip,white or red shellac or gelish does it for me in some open toe shoes or heels. If no nail polish then the finger and toe nails should be clean and maintained especially if they are going to be shown off. Dirty unkempt nails especially when you know individuals around you are going to see them, to me shows poor hygiene and class.
