Doing stuff that's interesting that you can then talk about on her on order to get ladies interested enough to start chatting and maybe meet up on your next free day?

This isn't a dig.

Sitting there going "I'm bored, I have nothing to do. Will someone provide me with entertainment?" won't make amyone feel wanted or special.

Who do you want to meet? What would they like to do? Do something associated with that. Talk about it. Plan something else. Talk about it. Invite someone specific and create opportunities for yourself without expectation or neediness. Do more stuff. Talk about it. Create more opportunities. Invite someone else. Do more stuff. And talk about it.

Sat there bored happy for someone/anyone/anything/please to offer you a free shag isn't going to appeal.

Taking time out of your busy schedule to do something with a specific person who you're chatting to may work better.

Again, not a dig, just the approach I would take to free time in London.
