I've received really skillful ones from men, tgirls and women and I've had average ones from all three.

I would probably say tgirls on the whole are probably the best even though I'm not generally that into other tgirls sexually.

Women come a very close second on average. The best are as good as any tgirl, but there are probably a few more as a proportion who aren't so good.
