Are we all back to normality?

I'm looking forward to doing normal stuff today, I even k is what day it is (I think)

I've still got family stuff and last party day is the 5th of January but its spread out.

But we are expecting a baby. My best friends daughter was due 16th and still not had her so ababy for the new year is eminent.

London

My other half doesn't do Christmas. I've been off work from 11 December, don't go back til 11 January, so it's been "normal" for me.

Didn't realise it was a bank holiday yesterday. Wondered why train journey missed out a lot of stations and the timetable was different. Wasn't until the taxi driver said it was time and a half, £6.50 normal fare £13.00 yesterday is double to me. Considering my ticket from London to Reading was £16.60 £13 for a two miles cab ride is a rip off.

Oooops, wrong thread/day for rants.

Apologies ...as you were.

Back to normality here, kind of! Not in work today so still not 'normal normal' but chores, shopping, cleaning etc means it's going to be like most other mundane days!

Might venture out to the shops later as a treat! Woohoo I know how to have fun!

Back to work for me today. Think I've missed it more than I realised. Have put a full face on and everything. Only do that if I've got an interview

Sheffield

Nope still at family home and got another big meal to prepare for today - 13 for dinner today!

Last bit of a lie in right now before I get up and make bread and prep veggies.

Not back to normal till the 4th so a diet of roast dinners and chocolates till then...

We're both off work until Monday the 4th, so enjoying a lot of lounging about and snuggling (and a little shagging ) whilst we've got no work stealing all of our time.

Cal x

You did well to hold that in check..... Not long now and you can let it out.

Having said that, I've kinda lost track of the days.....
