Eat TONS as much as you want of healthy food and move a bit then there's no need to count sod all. | |||

" Haven't seen the inside of my gym for weeks. Stepped on scales yesterday put on six kilos in the month I've been off . Went to the gym yesterday and couldn't complete my usual routine. Woke up stiff this morning. Back on track though. Daughter getting married in October, so working towards being the glamorous mother of the bride. | |||
