it is 18? my ex's mate is 17 and on about joining, im sure its 18, but i thought as its sex, maybe its 16? but pictures would be 18 :S

16 is only the age of consent it is NOT recognised as being an adult.

As others have said its 18 as its an adult site. I'd be wondering why a 17 year old was wanting to join a swinging.site,and obviously if she did so and lied about her age then anyone who accepted pics from or sent them to her could be in trouble legally..

It was a turn of phrase rather than an assumption but yes either male or female it is the same legally
