I would like a small laptop or 2 in 1.

Any recommendations? What is Lenovo like?

What do you intend to use it for? That will determine what it is you need.

I want a small screen (10-11 inches). Lightweight, long battery. 32Gb memory minimum.

It's really brands I want advice on.

Samsung tablets are fine, too. Expandable memory.

I had a 7 inch tab 4, but never got around to learning it. I will stick with windows as that is what I'm used to and time is limited. Thank you though.

Work laptop is Lenovo, works fine and never had any issues.

As post above advises, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 is very good and comes with Microsoft office apps installed. I am looking at getting a bluetooth keyboard to add to it because I hate losing half of the screen to keyboard.

Hope this helps a little.

Lenovo was fantastic but they've dropped a bit on quality IMO.

If you can stretch to it I'd also recommend a Surface Pro.

"Budget?"

As minimal as a decent one will allow me. I have a hp pc and hp 17" laptop (which is probably on its way out, and not mobile anymore).

I have the z2. 10" screen that goes quite near to the edge of the tablet itself.. you could no doubt get one cheap as they are onto the z4 now. Battery is great, they are one of the thinnest on the market, easy to use, can sync with iPhones I believe. Waterproof, dust prof, great option.

We have an Asus Transformer T100. It's more tablet than laptop. The internet works fine and office runs fine. But things like photoshop will bring it to it's knees.( Again more tablet than laptop.) Later this spring we plan on upgrading to an HP Specter 360.

Ahh okay. Surface Pro is the best tablet I've ever used. Windows OS too.

Consider looking at refurbished, with a good warranty - know you want brand ideas op, but something to consider.

My small and thin Toshiba has been great. If you can try out a small screen for a while it could help you to confirm the minimum size you'd be comfortable working on.

I'm guessing a few laptops will be returning after Christmas, so reduced price nearly new could be around.

I'm looking at the Surface lot atm, seem great.

I hadn't thought of refurbished, thanks.
