Ever tried figging?

I'm looking to try new things for new year and one of my regulars has suggested trying figging which apparently is ginger root peeled to form a butt plug and inserted. It gets very hot so I'm told but can be very sexy. Any one tried it and like to comment. Thanks. Sam xxx
