Someone just burped really loud on Scrubs and my dog looked straight at me as if I did it?

Anyone been accused of making any bodily noises when it wasn't them?

I have with ex father in law in a motorway services on the m6, he let off this really loud fart and blamed me , the old ladies at the table behind us gave me such a rollicking and stormed off, i just sat there agag,

i thought thats what dogs were there for, to be blaimed for unusual noises/ smells
