What do you need to change?

Every night it's the same. I love my bed but I really do have trouble getting there at a reasonable time of an evening.

I know that in the morning I'll be crabbit and by about 3pm I'll be near sleeping at my desk, swearing that I'm going to have an early night and then I get home from work and get a second wind from somewhere and do it all over again.

I need to change the pattern!

What do you need to change?

Similar to you really... I've been meaning to start going to the gym before work for ages - but I end up going to bed so late at the moment that I'm then too knackered in the morning to do it.

I'm also considering changing my username - but I've not thought what to yet.

Yes... I could have predicted the trauma that was getting out of bed this morning! If I'm in here after 10pm tonight you have my permission to slap me hard!!

You have to set a firm time for bed and lights off at least 3 nights a week. I find turning my laptop off by mid evening and unwinding slowly is helpful.

North Bristol

I need to change too much to mention here

I am however, really good at going to bed on a school night. 10pm i'm usually tucked up. Sometimes watch telly till 11, sometimes straight to sleep. Never awake past 11pm on a school night tho.

Doesn't make it any easier getting up in the morning mind!

Oh dont be so hard on yourself....

I have to say you’ve never managed to show any inflated levels of arrogance in any grammatical discourse we've entered into together ,,,,

....and as for you displaying any signs of patronisation… well,, If you think you’ve room for improvement in that department,,, I’m sure you know best….

muawhhahahahh
