Last day for sending out post to receive by Christmas

I ordered something off Ebay and was posted out 1st class yesterday, will I receive it by Christmas eve? Any ideas?

I checked this yesterday apparently last day for first class was 21st but special signed for delivery is today

I don't know but, I've had three items this week that where only posted the day before. Received a package this morning from eBay that was only posted yesterday afternoon.

Seem so quick this week think they are working to get everything done for Christmas.

I ordered my son that personalised Marmite that was ordered two weeks ago and that ain't arrived either grrrrrrr

It was Google though so could be wrong as previously said the posties and delivery companies usually do work extra hard Christmas week to get everything out on time
