I am hoping that Santa will bring me a Fitbit Flex for Christmas as I have been a really good girl this year, honest

Does anyone else have a Fitbit and if so, do you love it?

Yep, I've got a Charge HR. Had it for nearly 3 months now. I've never been so interested in my sleep patterns or my heart rate. I've lost 6 lbs since I got it!!

Crawley

Very turned on by the idea of shagging a woman wearing one of those and seeing the data that comes off of it - is that weird?

Love mine. I mainly use it to see how much I walk around at work etc! It's surprising how many miles you clock up in a day!!

Just remember that the HR readers on these are wildly inaccurate especially if theres any movement.

So dont take it as a true measure of HR but only as a comparison to its own measurements

Thats the pedometer not the heart rate monitor :p

Also inaccurate but for different reasons.

What might be an idea is activate the pedometer on your phone to and compare them at the end of the day
