this might sound silly, always wondered, the lines at the lower of the breasts after surgery, do they stay there or do they go after time? just see more and more boob jobs with these lines (scars maybe better?)

Same as any scar, they heal and fade over time, depending on the person and how their skin in. Mine are practically invisible now as the incisions were very small, anyone whose had reduction or uplift will of had bigger incisions and therefore more scarring/takes longer to fade.
